Plymouth Drake Foundation has 6 named funds that are managed by Devon Community Foundation. To apply for these funds applicants must visit Devon Community Foundations website. Click for more information Clarion Housing Group Community Grants Programme Clarion has a Community Grants Programme, which is managed by Groundwork, the scheme awards grants of between £1,000 and £5,000 to charities, community organisations and voluntary groups for projects which primarily benefit its residents. Closing date - 8th Feb 2019 Click for more information £1 million funding for communities to create their own pocket parks Community groups can bid for funds to establish a new pocket park or refurbish an existing park. Between £15k-£25k available for new or existing parks. Closing date 25th January 2019 Click for more information People's Health Trust is back! Local groups and organisations with great ideas to make their communities an even better place to live are now invited to apply for funding to turn their ideas into reality. £5k-£50k over two years is available. Closing date 16th January 2019 Click for more information Greggs Foundation Provide grants to small not-for-profit organisations in Great Britain for projects that make a difference to local areas. Any not-for-profit organisation can apply, however, larger organisations with a turnover in excess of £300,000 will be unsuccessful. Closing date 28th Feb 2019 Click for more information Masonic Charitable Foundation The Later Life Inclusion Grants programme provides large and small grants to help people who face social isolation or loneliness for reasons such as financial hardship, care responsibilities, a decline in physical or mental health, or life transitions including retirement or bereavement.
